These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of webynite.com and any services purchased from it. The website and services are operated by NEX BRIDGE - FZCO, trading as "Webynite". By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Webynite provides social boost services (audience growth, engagement and visibility campaigns) and SEO services. Service details, deliverables and timelines are described on the relevant package pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter these Terms. You must own, or be authorised to promote, the social profiles or websites submitted in an order.

3. Orders & payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout.
  • Social boost packages are one-time purchases; SEO packages are billed monthly.
  • By submitting payment you authorise us to charge the displayed amount.

4. Delivery

Social boost campaigns typically begin within 1–12 hours of a confirmed order and are paced gradually. SEO work follows a monthly sprint agreed at kickoff. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with platform conditions.

5. Growth guarantee

Social boost plans include a growth guarantee for the period stated on the plan. If your account is not growing as expected within that window, we will continue optimising your campaign at no additional cost upon request.

6. Refunds

If a campaign has not started, you may request a full refund. Once delivery has begun, refunds are assessed pro-rata based on work completed. SEO packages may be cancelled before the next billing date; completed monthly work is non-refundable.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate handles, URLs and contact details.
  • Keep targeted profiles public and active during delivery.
  • Do not change account usernames mid-campaign.
  • Comply with the terms of the relevant social platforms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or any profile you are not authorised to promote. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach this clause.

9. Third-party platforms

Webynite is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform. Platform algorithms and policies are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee specific ranking or visibility outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
